At KASA, we strive to ensure that every product you purchase meets your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.
1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return within 3 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns will not be accepted if the item:
- Shows signs of use or damage not caused by KASA or the courier.
- Has missing parts, accessories, or packaging materials.
- Was purchased on clearance, under promotion, or marked as non-returnable.
- Is a consumable or perishable item (e.g. batteries, adhesives, tapes, or items with limited shelf life).
All returns are subject to inspection before approval.
2. Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 working days from the date of delivery. You can contact our customer service team with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on product availability.
If the item must be returned, you will have to bear the return shipping cost for approved cases.
3. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or refunds due to a change of mind, wrong product selection, or dissatisfaction with product specifications once the order has been processed and delivered. Please review all product information and specifications carefully before confirming your order.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions, including the return address and return authorization (if applicable).
- Pack the item securely with all original components and proof of purchase.
- Send the item to the provided address via a traceable courier service.
Please note that KASA will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit if you choose your own courier.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 working days, depending on your original payment method and bank processing times.
Refunds will be made only to the original payment source used during the purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error by KASA (such as defective or incorrect items).
6. Exchange Policy
In certain cases, we may allow a one-to-one exchange instead of a refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue. Exchanges are only available for identical items (same model and specification). If the product is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.
7. Warranty Claims
Some products sold by KASA come with a manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty. If your item develops a fault after the return period, please refer to the warranty information included with the product or contact us for guidance on warranty claims. Warranty coverage and conditions may vary depending on the brand and product type.
8. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain product categories are strictly non-returnable. These include but are not limited to:
- Consumables such as adhesives, tapes, or sealants.
- Electrical and electronic components once installed or powered on.
- Tools and equipment showing signs of wear or modification.
