Thank you for shopping with KASA. Please review this Shipping Policy carefully as it governs how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase hardware products from www.mykasatech.com.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Once your order is placed and full payment is confirmed, we will process your order from our warehouse and dispatch it via our appointed courier service. Please note that an order confirmation email does not guarantee dispatch — the order is considered confirmed only after we verify stock availability, payment, and shipping details.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number at checkout. KASA will not be liable for any mis-deliveries or losses that result from incorrect or insufficient address or contact information.
Delivery Locations & Restrictions
We deliver to addresses within Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak). We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Each order is eligible for delivery to one address only. If you wish to send items to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.
Estimated Delivery Times
The estimated delivery times below are for guidance only and begin from the date of dispatch (not the date of order). Actual delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules, stock availability, and other external factors.
- Peninsular Malaysia: 5 to 7 working days
- Sabah & Sarawak: 7 to 10 working days
- Remote Areas: Additional 2 to 3 working days
During peak sales periods, holidays, or disruptors (e.g. public holidays, congestion, weather), delivery may take longer than the typical time frame. We advise customers to order in advance, especially before major Malaysian festive periods.
Free Shipping & Weight Limits
For orders within Peninsular Malaysia, we offer free standard shipping for orders exceeding RM150, subject to a maximum parcel (volumetric) weight of 10kg. Shipments exceeding this weight or for orders below the threshold may incur shipping charges at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you confirm your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, even if you later cancel or return the order (unless we cause the shipping error).
Courier & Delivery Attempts
We use trusted courier partners to deliver your order. The courier may deliver on weekends or public holidays, depending on local logistics operations. The courier is required to contact you before delivery.
If a parcel cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse, and your order will be canceled. In that event, you may need to place a new order and pay shipping again (if applicable).
At the time of delivery, you will be asked to sign for the parcel. By signing, you acknowledge that you have checked the external packaging and that the parcel seal is intact. If the seal is broken or the packaging seems damaged, you may refuse to accept the parcel or note the damage with the courier before signing.
Packaging
We use standard packaging materials for all orders unless otherwise stated. At present, we do not offer custom or gift packaging services.

KASA reserves the right to amend or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our site and placing orders after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
